FLEXIBILITY: NO NEED FOR A ROUTE TO ATMOSPHERE

The Reco-Air system allows for kitchens to be operated in locations which would previously be unavailable. In many cases it simplifies planning procedures, and with the July 2020 changes in planning regulations it facilitates the change of use in existing premises, for example from retail to restaurant use.

 

In recent years, Reco-Air have facilitated the installation of kitchens in basements, in Listed Buildings where a break in the structure to exit a duct is not allowed, in the centre of airport terminals some distance from external walls, and in lower floor restaurants in tall buildings where the cost of ducting to roof level was proving to be very expensive.
