PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT
During these unprecedented times of the Covid 19 pandemic, it is very noticeable just how much the level of atmospheric pollution has dropped. For some time both local and national governments have been focussing on emissions from cars, aircraft and fossil fuel burning; this will be emphasised even more, and they will increasingly move against all other forms of airborne pollution.
Using traditional extraction ducting, commercial kitchens and food preparation facilities produce contaminated emissions which are currently expelled into the atmosphere. These contaminants include Fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5) that are the greatest concern of public health and are one of the main targets for pollution control worldwide.
